Terms of Service

§ 1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms of Service (Regulations) define the rules for the provision of services by Optima Sales Excellence s.r.o. and the use of the optimasales.eu Platform. They constitute an integral part of any agreement concluded with a User.
  2. The service provider is Optima Sales Excellence s.r.o., with its registered office at Štefánikova 882, 811 05 Bratislava, Slovakia, hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider.
  3. Contact with the Service Provider is possible via email at contact@optimasales.eu or by phone at +421 2 572 010 11.
  4. By using the Services, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Regulations.

§ 2. Definitions

  • Platform – The website available at optimasales.eu and its subdomains.
  • User – A natural person with full legal capacity, a legal person, or an organizational unit that concludes an Agreement with the Service Provider.
  • Agreement – A contract for the provision of Services concluded between the User and the Service Provider.
  • Services – Consulting, training, auditing, and other related services provided by the Service Provider as detailed in a specific offer or Agreement.
  • Regulations – These Terms of Service.

§ 3. Type and Scope of Services Provided

  1. The Service Provider offers specialized consulting and training services in the field of B2B sales, including sales team training, sales funnel audits, and strategic consulting. The detailed scope of Services is specified in the individual Agreement concluded with the User.
  2. Services are provided based on the Service Provider's expertise and proprietary methodologies. All intellectual property rights to training materials and reports remain the property of the Service Provider.
  3. The User agrees to provide the necessary cooperation and access to information required for the proper execution of the Services.
  4. The Service Provider undertakes to perform the Services with due diligence and in accordance with the best industry practices.

§ 4. Technical Requirements

  1. Access to the Platform requires a device with an internet connection and a modern web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari) with JavaScript and cookies enabled.
  2. For participation in virtual training, a stable internet connection, a webcam, and a microphone are required.
  3. The Service Provider is not responsible for technical problems or limitations on the User's equipment.

§ 5. Rights and Obligations of the User

  1. The User is obliged to use the Services in accordance with the law, good practices, and these Regulations. Providing unlawful content is prohibited.
  2. The User is obliged to provide true and accurate data when concluding an Agreement and to keep it updated.
  3. All materials provided by the Service Provider are protected by copyright. The User is granted a non-exclusive license to use these materials for their own internal business purposes only and may not distribute them to third parties without written consent.
  4. The User is obliged to make payments for the Services on time, in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
  5. Confidential information exchanged between the parties must be protected and not disclosed to third parties.

§ 6. Final Provisions

  1. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Regulations. Users will be informed of any changes. Continued use of the Services after changes are implemented constitutes acceptance.
  2. Any disputes arising from the provision of Services shall be resolved by the court competent for the registered office of the Service Provider.
  3. Matters not covered by these Regulations shall be governed by the applicable provisions of Slovak law.
